Schedule & Attend a Tour

Once pre-qualified, we'll coordinate a time for you to walk through the property in person. This is your opportunity to see the space, ask questions, and confirm it's the right fit.

Submit a Rental Application

Complete the rental application and upload all required supporting documents — proof of income, government-issued ID, and any other items requested. All applications are reviewed thoroughly.

Application Review & Approval

Your application undergoes a full review including credit, income verification, rental history, and background check. We'll notify you promptly of the decision. Approved applicants move directly to lease signing.

Sign the Lease & Submit Funds

Review and sign your California-compliant lease agreement. Submit your security deposit and first month's rent to secure the property. All funds must be received before keys are released.

Move In

We conduct a move-in walkthrough together, document the property's condition, hand over your keys, and welcome you to your new home. You're all set.
